  Terrible customer service. After coming out to measure for a replacement pool liner, I never heard anything back, now going on six weeks. I went there twice, both times they said they'd call me back. I also called twice, both times they said they'd call me back. I eventually just gave up and went with a more reputable and organized company. Don't waist you time and money with LDL.
